Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at The Den Theatre's discretion. Our theater is located at 1331 N. Milwaukee Ave in Chicago. Parking can be difficult; please allow ample time for travel and parking. All lots and street parking are city owned and operated. Please read parking signs carefully. The Den is not responsible for violations received for parking. For detailed information on parking and public transit routes, click here.Most of our shows do not allow or have very limited late seating. If you do not show up on time for a show, you may not be allowed entry. We strongly encourage you to plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you avoid any issues with seating. The detailed Terms and Conditions of all ticket purchases can be found here.Prepare for your visit with us:All Heath Mainstage show have a 2 item minimum.Will Call tickets will be held at the box office to be picked up the night of the event, beginning 2 hours before showtime.Have your barcoded E-Tickets out and ready to scan before entering the theatre space.All tickets are subject to expire 15 minutes after showtime. If you are running late or think you will arrive later than 15 minutes after showtime, please call the box office at (773) 697-3830 to let them know.Late arrivals are not guaranteed seats and not entitled to a refund.All guests entering the Den are subject to a security check.Weapons (including those with a carry permit) are prohibited from the theatre space.Showtimes are subject to change.
