Parking can be difficult; please allow ample time for travel and parking. All lots and street parking are city owned and operated. Please read parking signs carefully. The Den is not responsible for violations received for parking. If you do not show up on time for a show, you may not be allowed entry. We strongly encourage you to plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you avoid any issues with seating. If you are running late or think you will arrive later than 15 minutes after showtime, please call the box office at (773) 697-3830 to let them know.Late arrivals are not guaranteed seats and not entitled to a refund.All guests entering the Den are subject to a security check.Weapons (including those with a carry permit) are prohibited from the theatre space.Showtimes are subject to change.
