Join us for a special night of laughter as we celebrate Melvin Stewart’s birthday! Presented in collaboration with production powerhouse Comedy You Deserve (CYD), this showcase features some of the best talent Chicago has to offer.

Melvin Stewart is a fixture in the Chicago comedy scene and the producer of the hit monthly showcase Big Black Comedyright here at The Den. A road-tested comic who has performed all over the Midwest, Melvin has featured for nationally touring headliners including 

Paris Sashay, Calimar White, and Vik Pandya.

Known for a comedy style that is unapologetically "weird and filterless," Melvin’s material takes audiences on a wild ride through his eccentric upbringing and his current chaotic adventures as a father of three. Come help him ring in another year alongside hilarious special guests 

Chris Forte, Jim Balderston, and Christian Henningsmeyer.

The Den is not responsible for violations received for parking. If you do not show up on time for a show, you may not be allowed entry. We strongly encourage you to plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you avoid any issues with seating.
